Christine Loew – Diving Caves

By booking any activity with Christine Loew – Diving Caves, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Who We Are

Christine Loew operates Diving Caves as an independent service provider (persona física) under Mexican law. Services are offered from Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico, with all legal matters subject to local jurisdiction.

2. Services Offered

We provide:

  • Recreational and technical diving experiences for beginners to instructor level.
  • Diving courses and training.
  • Cave and cavern diving excursions.
  • Travel assistance and concierge bookings for accommodations and third-party activities.
  • All diving activities are led by qualified professionals in accordance with recognized international standards.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

  • Inquiries can be made via email, WhatsApp, or social media messaging.
  • All bookings require a deposit to confirm your reservation-
  • The deposit amount depends on the service booked and will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
  • Full payment is required before the start of any diving course.
  • Rescheduling due to illness is possible and must be communicated as early as possible

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Please note the following:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the activity are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling or transferring the booking to another person may be possible depending on availability.
  • If an activity must be canceled due to weather conditions, safety issues, or force majeure events, and rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be given.
  • We reserve our time and resources based on your confirmed booking — thank you for understanding.

5. Diving Requirements & Safety

  • All divers must be properly certified for the activity they are booking.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify any activity if a diver’s health, equipment, or experience level creates a safety risk.
  • All participants in diving activities must complete and sign a waiver that includes a medical questionnaire.
  • For courses, the medical and waiver forms required by the relevant training organization must be completed before the course begins.
  • We recommend all divers carry dive accident insurance
  • Non-diving participants (e.g., tours or surface excursions) must sign a general waiver.

6. Responsibility & Liability

A liability waiver must be signed prior to any activity

  • Christine Loew – Diving Caves is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  • Participants are financially responsible for any damage to rental equipment caused by misuse or negligence.
  • While every effort is made to ensure a safe experience, diving and adventure activities carry inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks

7. Legal Jurisdiction

  • All services are rendered under Mexican law.
  • In case of disputes, the place of jurisdiction is Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
